Grow stronger, together
Relationships take work, but they’re worth it
How does it feel to be in your relationship?
Safe, secure?
Lonely, quiet?
Stressful, tense?
Humans are bonding creatures. We’re designed to love and be loved, to be close and connected. But sometimes things go sideways. The realities of daily life and the pressures we all face can take a toll on the people we care the most about. If you notice you and your partner getting stuck in the same argument again and again, therapy can help.

Couples counseling is a wonderful investment in your relationship. Even the strongest, most secure couples can use support now and again. Couples counseling can help with a huge range of situations: from poor communication, lack of intimacy to repairing from infidelity or addiction.
I’m ready to help!
If you’re ready to make your relationship the best it can be, I am ready to help.

Modalities I use in my work with couples
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is considered the gold standard of couples therapy.
EFT helps couples break free from negative patterns of communication and rebuild a stronger emotional connection. Using principles of attachment theory, EFT helps partners understand each other’s emotional needs, strengthen their bond, and create lasting change in their relationship. Through this structured approach, couples learn to communicate with empathy, resolve conflicts more constructively, and foster deeper intimacy and trust.
EFT is especially effective for couples dealing with issues like chronic conflict, lack of intimacy, emotional distance, or difficulty expressing vulnerability. It provides a compassionate framework for partners to reconnect and transform their relationship into a source of emotional support and fulfillment.
EFT is research backed and extremely effective with all kinds of couples. EFT focuses on helping you and your partner to get real with each other–to talk about your experience in a way that’s genuine and vulnerable. We go way deeper than typical couples therapy. My goal is to transform your relationship into the best it can be.
I'm a certified EFT therapist and EFT Supervisor-in-Training.
