Session length and availability
I work Tuesday through Friday with my first session at 9:15 AM and my last session at 3:15 PM. Sessions are between 40 and 55 minutes in length. I offer one, two and three day intensives on evenings and weekends–including holidays! Intensives are 6 hours per day.
I am licensed to practice professional counseling in Alaska and Oregon.
In-person/online therapy services
I see clients in person at my office, conveniently located in downtown Wasilla. My office is comfortable, private and centrally located just one block from the Post Office.
I also see clients via telehealth using the Zoom platform.
My rates for therapy services are as follows:

I do offer a cash discount for services paid in full at time of appointment. Please inquire with me for a cash pay agreement form.
* I offer one, two and three day intensive packages for families and couples. These package services are not reimbursable by insurance.
Insurance
For clients in Alaska, I am in-network with Triwest, Moda, Aetna, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield.
For clients in Oregon, I am out of network but am happy to provide you with a superbill for services.
Please note that I do not participate in Medicaid or Medicare.
